Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical Reviews
The Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical is a good elliptical machine for its price range. It costs less than $$$ but is capable of delivering a whole-body workout that not only works your legs but can tone your arms and shoulders. It is an economic elliptical trainer that has the advanced features and functions.
With the price tag that it has, it does deliver some value. I have analyzed the features and read Exerpeutic aero air elliptical reviews on Amazon. Going to discuss my thoughts on this article now.
13-Inch Stride Length
The Aero Air does not have that long a stride length due to the configuration of the foot pads relative to the iron cast flywheel. The 13 inches stride length is great if you are less than 6 feet tall. If you are taller than that, you might not be able to push your workout sessions to the best that you can. However, that does not mean that you cannot break a sweat with the Exerpeutic Aero Air.
A small yet easy to read LCD monitor allows you to keep track of your workout progress by displaying data like the total distance you have covered through all your sessions, the duration of your current workout, and an approximate calculation of the calories that you would have burned in the session are in. Even with a budget-friendly elliptical machine like the Aero Air, you should still be able to have adequate means of tracking your workout progress to stay on track of your fitness goals.
The Exerpeutic Aero Air has two handle bars that move in sequence with foot pads. This will allow you to have a low-impact workout to tone your arms and shoulders. It does not have any stationary handle bars so you will have to hold on to the moving handle bars for both balance and workout with not having much choice, you will inevitably push on working out your upper body. This will result into a more complete workout which then improves your physique faster and loses fat healthier.
Dial Tension Knob
The Exerpeutic Aero Air does have some resistance settings, but it is not like the usual automated, but button controlled resistance settings. With this elliptical machine, you will have to turn the knob to tighten or loosen the pressure on the iron cast flywheel which then controls the resistance of the machine. It is not the most high tech of features but still very useful.
Large Pedals with Ridges
The foot pads are still relatively large to allow you, a comfortable foot placement and its ridges ensures that you do not slip off the machine when you are on it. This combination of comfort and safety is one of the standard features of great elliptical trainers regardless of their price range. With its low cost, it is great to know that you still get such great features.
Although the Exerpeutic Aero Air does not have a feature that allows you to fold it, it does have a couple of transport wheels that allow you to move this 50-lb. machine around with less effort. Some say that it weighs only 50 lbs because cheaper materials are used in its structure, but the metal of the Exerpeutic Aero Air has shown to be of considerably adequate to support what it needs to.
260 lbs. Weight Capacity
The Aero Air can support well over 200 lbs over its own weight. Officially, it can support up to 260 lbs,but some comments in other sites mentioned capacity reaching close to 300 lbs. Some might have some complaints on the Exerpeutic Aero Air’s other features but no negative feedbacks where ever given to its structural strength. This is not a surprise since Exerpeutic really does great design quality equipment.
The Exerpeutic Aero Air has a relatively small footprint of 33″L x 19″W x 46″H It will not require much space in your house, and you can move it around anyway if necessary. Unlike pricier elliptical machines in the market, the Exerpeutic Aero Air is flexible enough to allow you to still have adequate space for other things.
The Exerpeutic aero air elliptical is one of the dynamic elliptical trainers that utilizes magnetic resistance to give its user challenging workouts. This is the best at its’ price range. Recommended who are desperately seeking to start with an entry level trainer.
